Memorandum to all Almod Employees relating to COVID-19

This Memorandum is intended to provide updates relating to employment and business developments in the face of the coronavirus. As we all face these difficult and unknown time, we hope to create a regular channel of communication and support so that we continue operating as an Almod family and team. Information update as of June 19, 2020:
Work from Home:
o Work from home continues to remain in effect until further notice.
Office Reopening:
o The Reopening Committee continues to monitor and discuss reopening plans. We will continue to provide
all relevant updates to employees and communicate in a timely manner regarding offices reopening.
o Almod has terminated its occupancy of the 1212 Avenue of the Americas building. Employees working
out of the 1212 Avenue of the Americas building will be relocated upon offices reopening.
Department of Labor Bulletins, Postings and Forms, Benefit Updates:
o Almod complies with the Department of Labor requirement to publicize relevant labor, employment, and
job safety posters in common office spaces. In light of the office closures, these postings and forms are

o Reminder to NY Employees Enrolled in TransitChek: Log in to your TransitChek portal before June 30,
2020 to make any changes to your August 2020 transit benefits.
General Updates:
o We have new babies in our DI family. Congratulations to Elisheva Mochkin on the birth of her beautiful
daughter and Sharon Abramova, Elchonon Shagalov and Jonathan Hammer on the birth of their sons. May their newest arrivals bring much joy and happiness.
o We would like to wish a happy birthday to our colleagues celebrating June birthdays: Yamly Betancourt, Alfred Gatchalian, Ronny Inguanzo, Francisca Zurita, Dinsdale Zelaya.
