1. Organizer

• This promotion is organized by Diamonds International, located at Wathey Square, Philipsburg St. Maarten.

2. Promotion Period

• The scratch card promotion will run from January 15th, 2025, through June 30th, 2025, or while supplies last.

3. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.

• Employees of Diamonds International and its affiliates, and immediate family members of those employees, are not eligible to participate. For the purposes of this promotion, “immediate family members” means parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their respective spouses.

4. How to Participate

• Pick up a scratch card at the Island Booty location on Front Street in St. Maarten during the promotion period.

• Subject to availability, each participant will receive one scratch card per qualifying transaction at Island Booty.​

5. Prizes

• Potential prizes include jewelry items and Diamonds International gift cards.

• The value of the gift cards and the specifics of the jewelry prizes are determined by Diamonds International, in its sole discretion, and are subject to availability.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Redemption of Prizes

• To claim a prize, participants must present the winning scratch card in its original, unaltered condition at Diamonds International’s location at Wathey Square.

• Participants must use the combination code revealed on the scratch card to open the safe containing the prize. Only successful attempts to open the safe using the correct combination code will result in a valid prize claim.

• Prizes must be claimed no later than July 15th, 2025. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

7. Verification 

• Diamonds International reserves the right to verify the eligibility and authenticity of all winning scratch cards.

• Any scratch card found to be altered, damaged, counterfeit, or tampered with in any way will be deemed invalid.

8. Privacy 

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to allow Diamonds International to collect and use your name, likeness, and prize details for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability 

• Diamonds International is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen scratch cards.

• Diamonds International reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, without notice.

• By participating in this promotion, participants agree Diamonds International will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage (including, without limitation, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages) that is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize(s) received under this promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

10. Disqualification

• Diamonds International reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the promotion in any way.

11. Governing Law

• This promotion and any disputes arising under or relating to this promotion shall be governed in accordance with the laws of St. Maarten.

12. Acceptance of Terms
